I september satte jeg mig som m\u00e5l at l\u00f8be 2,5 km og brugte ikke m\u00e5neden p\u00e5 at \u00f8ge distancen. Min fysioterapeut havde anbefalet mig at fokusere p\u00e5 \u00f8velserne og holde fast i den nuv\u00e6rende distance. Bel\u00f8nningen er, at min kn\u00e6 g\u00f8r mindre ondt for hver tur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Efter\u00e5ret er kommet, og det har givet mig de dejligste l\u00f8beture. Temperaturen har v\u00e6ret perfekt \u2013 hverken for koldt eller for varmt. En af mine ture var indhyllet i en bl\u00f8d t\u00e5ge, hvilket gjorde det endnu mere magisk at v\u00e6re ude i naturen. Jeg nyder virkelig at v\u00e6re tilbage og m\u00e6rke \u00e5rstidens skiftende sk\u00f8nhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
